Dr. Konstantina Ragazou is an Associate Professor in the field of Management, efficiency, sustainability and business development at the Department of Administrative Science and Technology of the University of Western Macedonia (Kozani). He graduated from the Department of Economics of the University of Thessaly, Volos and holds two Master's Degrees. In 2020, she completed her PhD thesis at the University of Thessaly, for which she received an Excellence Scholarship from the State Scholarship Foundation. In March 2023, she completed her postdoctoral thesis at the Department of Accounting and Finance, University of Thessaly, and her research interests focus on business management, efficiency, sustainability and growth. He has worked for over a decade in positions of responsibility in the private sector. Finally, she has more than fifty publications in scientific journals and volumes of conference proceedings and has participated in international conferences with her presentations.
