Any parent, even if they do not have custody, or a guardian can complete the last twenty-four hour self-test declaration for minors. The physical presence of the parent or guardian is not required when presenting the statement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The use of a mask is mandatory for all attendees, throughout the duration of the ceremony.
