Detailed information about the procedure can be found <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/erasmus.uth.gr\/gr\/spoudes\/diadikasia-aitisis\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Students can find out about the cooperating Universities of their Departments here:&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/erasmus.uth.gr\/gr\/spoudes\/etairoi-gr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">http:\/\/erasmus.uth.gr\/gr\/spoudes\/etairoi-gr<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can see instructions for online submission of applications&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/erasmus.uth.gr\/docs\/Guide_studies_2024_2025.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After completing all the fields electronically, they should then \"upload\" the necessary accompanying supporting documents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li class=\" translation-block\">The <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/erasmus.uth.gr\/docs\/aitisi_spoudes.docx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Application for Participation<\/a><\/strong> form in full completed with updated personal information.<\/li><li class=\" translation-block\"><strong>Certificate of recent Analytical Grade<\/strong> from the Secretariat of the Department where they belong.<\/li><li class=\" translation-block\"><strong>Short Curriculum Vitae<\/strong>, which will include the reasons why they want to participate in the ERASMUS+ program (in Greek). The CV can NOT be handwritten. online<\/strong> through a link provided in the instructions from:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>from Monday 15 January to Thursday 15 February 2024 (until 13.00, Greek time)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>and will concern travel during the 2024-2025 academic year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li class=\" translation-block\">Students have the right to submit <strong>one<\/strong> application to participate in the Erasmus+ Program <strong>per academic year<\/strong> (for studies or for internships).<\/li><li>The applications of the interested parties, after being gathered at the Office of International European Programs\/Erasmus+, are sent to the Academic Heads of the Departments for the final selection.<\/li><li>Any movement of the student requires approval of the study program by the body designated by the Department (Department Assembly) as responsible for matching, recognition or equivalence.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The results of this selection are announced on the website of the Office of
